Page 10 of 11 TOFU DILL DRESSING (From 'All May be Fed' by John Robbins.) Use as dip for raw vegetables to topping for baked potatoes. 1/2 LB soft tofu, crumbled 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/4 cup Tamari 2 TBS chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill 1 tsp pure maple syrup 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper Put all into blender until smooth. Keeps 4- 5 days in fridge.
