Page 11 of 11 TOFU MAYONNAISE 1 cup crumbled tofu 1/4 cup water 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup oil 2 - 3 TBS lemon Put into blender and blend on high until creamy.
