Page 4 of 11 BAKED TOFU (This is delicious.) 1. Cut tofu in pieces. Marinate in Tamari sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos. 2. Place nutritional yeast on a plate and lay marinated pieces on it and coat both sides. 3. Then sprinkle both sides with Creole powder and bake or grill in oven. Eat on its own, or with bread or with salad. Can also be cut into small pieces and put in tossed salad.
