Page 11 of 17 SAVORY TOFU SAUCE (From "May All be Fed" by John Robbins) 1/2 pound firm tofu, crumbled 3/4 cup vegetable stock or water 1/4 cup canola oil 2 Tbs Tamari 2 Tbs Nutritional yeast 2 Tbs chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 garlic 1 tsp Dijon mustard Blend until smooth. Serve hot or cold.
