Page 13 of 16 CORN PUDDING: - 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup cornnmeal
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 small can green chili,chopped
- 1 cup cheese (I use Lesarella Cheese or Pimento Cheese - see Non Dairy Cheeses)
Mix corn andoil together thoroughly. Add all other ingredients well.Bake at 350 - 3275 until firm. Tara Merrill gave me this recipe. It is an old family favorite.
