Page 9 of 16 RICH AND SAUCY BEANS Soak overnight: 2 1/2 C dry navy beans. Cook until tender. Then add: 3 1/2 C tomatoes, 1/2 C tomato paste, 4 T molasses, 2 T vegetable oil, 2 T salt, 2 T honey, 1 t basil, 1 large onion. Bake 1 - 3 hours at 350 or until liquid is thick. Or cook in crock pot.
