“The people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits.”

Daniel 11:32 KJV

“The people who know their God will stand firm and take action.”

TJB, NAS, Moffat

Exploits – mighty feats, great accomplishments, and heroic victories!

One may be tempted to think that this type of exploit could only happen through highly skilled, intelligent, trained and special people. The truth is that these God-inspired exploits are more likely to come through the nobodies of this world. 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 says, “But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, has God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to naught things that are: that no flesh should glory in His presence.”

This simply means that any one of God’s servants can expect to do exploits if they meet the qualifications mentioned in Daniel 11:32.

Daniel’s custom was to kneel and pray to God with his window open toward Jerusalem three times per day. It was Daniel’s prayer life that got him thrown into the den of lions. The devil hated Daniel’s earnest, persistent and daily prayers. The devil still hates this type of man today. If you want to be hated in hell and loved in heaven, dare to be a Daniel. Pray earnestly to God at least three times a day -- for your family, your church and your country and whatever else the Holy Spirit lays on your heart. You may soon find opposition arising against you, although you should not look for it. On the positive side, you will be greatly loved in heaven  as Daniel was.
