Page 2 of 11 SWEET POTATO BURGERS 2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potato 8 ounces tofu 1 cup or more fresh bread crumbs 1 grated or minced onion Salt and seasoning as you like it. Mix ingredients together. Crumble the tofu before you add it to the other ingredients. Wet hands. Pick up a bit of mixture, roll in flour and shape into patties. Place them on a greased oven tray and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes.
