DRESSING: (THIS IS THE FABULOUS TASTING BIT....)

  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger root or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar (we used lemon juice)
  • 2 tbs tamari or reduced sodium soy sauce (we use Braggs Liquid Aminos)
  • 2 tbs olive oil
