Where to find products or ingredients

Red Palm Oil -

Apparently Red Palm Oil is readily available in specialist African food shops. We have found it on sale through a website called www.notinmylocalshop.co.uk , and in a market stall of the same name in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey.

Carotino Oil -

More recently I have found Carotino oil in the World Foods section of Tesco. It is a mixture of Red Palm oil and Canola oil. More information at their website www.carotino.co.uk . I use this a lot now for all kinds of cooking, and love it.
